Constantly loosing WiFi and Controller Connection

Hello Everyone.

I am having issues with any kind of Wireless connection with my Xbox One and i need Help.

I own the Xbox One "Day One" Edition and since a System Update in September '14 i am experiencing massive WiFi and Controller connection Problems.

Symptoms WiFi:

Every 1 to 5 Minutes, My Xbox loses connection to my Access Point for a few seconds and the reconnects again. It is not just a disconnect from xbox live, it is a complete disconnect from the Access Poing. (I checked with Wireshark and the Access Point Log)

The 1st appearance of this problem was when i wanted to play Destiny on release date. I had to update when i started the Console and had the Problem since then.

Everything is fine when i connect the Etherent cable.

What i tried so far:

- I setup 2 different 5GHz Access Points. (1 ZyXel, 1 Netgear)

- I setup 3 different 2.4GHz Access Points (1 ZyXel, 1 Netgear, 1 MSI)

- I setup my Mobile Access Point with LTE connection

- I reset the Console to Factory Defaults

- I Deleted all Xbox profiles and re-downloaded them

Symptoms Controller:

The Controller just looses Connection pretty often and reconnects. every Hour or so. It is irregular. Funny thing is, it happens more often with my "Day One" Controller then with my other 2.

What i tried so far:

There is not much i can try. I keep the Controller Firmware on all Controllers up to date and re-sync the connection now and then.

I have now the February update installed which was labeled to fix some wireless issues, but did not for me.

I once contacted the Microsoft Support directly but it was no good. It was all just the default question (turn it off and on again) and it took her 30 minutes to just understand that my problem is with the Wifi connection and not with Xbox Live, and then
she stuck with saying that my 10MBit Internet connection was to slow. After 1 hour i gave up.

I really really hope the you guys can help me.

Constantly loosing WiFi and Controller Connection

Having the same issue. I tried updating the controller firmware and it's only gotten worse.

 

Please Help!!! Assassins Creed IV Black Flag "Installation Stopped" Error

If you are downloading online it is failing to download because you are loosing your internet connection during the download process. You will have to contact your isp and tell them you are loosing connection constantly.

 

I called the Microsoft support and my console was exchanged.

The new Console now runs perfectly again.
