Constantly having to factory reset my xbox one

I've been having problems with my xbox with the green screen of death and then a black screen of death and even when it does ask to be restarted it doesnt work either way and also ive factory reset my xbox one 7 time now and i dont k ow what to do or what the problem is because it plays fine the moment i factory reset it but then starts acting up the next time i start it up. Do i need to just get a new one?

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

If you need to constantly reset your console it’s not normal. The last resort will be reset and remove everything. If that still result with the same issue, the console needs to be checked/repaired.

They suggested resetting my mac address and factory resetting on xbox one. I did both. My Kinect is still restarting itself constantly.

If the console is constantly freezing and crashing on your friend then you can always attempt to

Factory Reset and Keep Games & Apps to see if maybe this clears up the issue.

The main Operating System on an Xbox console is run from the hard drive. By the looks of what you're describing, the hard drive in your console is failing. The only fix is get your console repaired.
