Constantly have to update games

Just about every time I put a game disc in, it has to install the update. This happens over and over and over. I completely erased everything and re-installed everything back and it is still doing it. I just wanted to check here before I contact Microsoft.

Constantly have to install games.

And it seems 1408 has gone live for Preview people. My console has 1408 on it, and none of my games show "Ready to Start" any longer.

I already did a factory reset. It didn't fix it. I just contacted Microsoft and they want me to try an external USB drive to save to game updates to, but I don't have one to try it.

Paulo, what does "every single game" entail? Unless you literally mean you own every game available on XB1?

I have a few games and none of them update more than once a week that I can recall. Are all of your games on discs or are any of them digital? Is your console set to always online?

It is happening to all of these games:

Game discs: Forza 5, FIFA, Transformers, Spider-Man, Lego Marvel, Zoo Tycoon, Plants vs Zombies, and Titanfall.

Downloaded Games: Project Spark, Halo, Strikesuit, Powerstar Golf, Strider, Guacamelee, Killer Instinct, Max

Demos: Lego Movie, Lego Hobit, Dead Rising, Thief, Kinect Sports Rivals, UFC.

My console is always online. It looks like there is an issue with saving to the internal drive. Example: If I'm playing Forza 5 and I take the disc out to play Titanfall, I'll have to install the Titanfall update first. Then if I decided to play Forza
5 again, I'll have to re-install the Forza 5 update again. Then if I decide to play Titanfall again, I'll have to re-install the Titanfall update yet again. Trust me, there is something wrong with it. I only remember this starting with the last Xbox one
update, so I'm hoping the new update will fix this.

Have you checked to see if the game needs a update? That games constantly updating.
