I think so too, IceStorm is pretty much on the ball with the tech stuff, either that or get an external HDD and try what support said, I would push for a repair or replacement, it's within the first year warranty.

I'm basing this on the Preview forums where I was told the Ready to Start bug which constantly "finishes" installs is something that only a factory reset fixes at the moment, but they never mentioned what actually causes the problems so I assume it can come
back.

I ran into the problem when I wanted to move content from my HDD to my USB-attached SSD. I had to delete and reinstall my games. Now that I have all my content on a USB-attached SSD, I'm seeing the same problem resurface. I'm waiting for the next system
update.

And it seems 1408 has gone live for Preview people. My console has 1408 on it, and none of my games show "Ready to Start" any longer.

This may be because you turned off your console at the wall (so it receives NO power at all) while it was doing a silent update even when you Dashboarded your console to "shutdown" it will still do silent/background updates (system/game/app updates) even
on standby unless you can change the settings on the Dashboard.

I had to strangely install NFS Rivals TWICE I brought that game on Blu-ray disc.

It's definitely not right, you should only have to install it once, I would try the support forum like Burnin TODI suggested.
