Constantly getting kicked out of games

I get kicked out of every online match I play. Currently, the only games I play multiplayer on are battlefield 4 and titanfall. My other games I just play in the campaign mode. Anywho, I get kicked out of every game, every time, without fail. My xbox is
wired into my router and is not receiving a wireless signal. This all seems to have started when I bought a new computer and installed Kaspersky 2015. I am wondering if it is a firewall issue or something. When I look at my firewall settings it has a note
saying they are monitored by Kaspersky. It says private networks are connected but public networks are disconnected. However, I can click anything to change it because it is controlled by Kaspersky. I am not sure what settings to change with the Kaspersky
virus software.

I have read up on opening ports and what not but I do not believe that is the issue since it worked prior to me using Kaspersky.

Any suggestions?

I am staying connected to the internet with my xbox I am just loosing connection to the games.

Also I am looking at my Kaspersky firewall rules and the following are listed about TCP and UDP:

DNS over TCP - By rules

DNS over UDP - By rules

Local Services TCP - Blocked

Local Services UDP - Blocked

Any Incoming TCP Stream - By rules

Any Incoming UDP Stream - By rules

Should read "Allow" or is there a way to adjust the rules to allow what I need?

I am having the same issue with X Box. In the past couple of weeks or so, I've been constantly getting disconnected from X Box Live and NetFlix. It's not my internet connection and my internet provider has already made a service call and replaced my modem
and router. We run desk top computer, a lap top, NetFlix and other digital streaming video from a Wii in one room and from a ROKU box in another. The XBox 360 is the only one I am having issues with. What's going on?

Guessing your network setup is blocking Netflix causing the whole connection to time out kicking you off Live. Would try connecting directly to the modem through ethernet and see if the problem goes away. If not then going through and making sure your router
is setup correctly for Xbox Live and Netflix port forwarding would be the next step. If that doesn't work stick the 360s IP under the routers DMZ option. Forums over at DSLReports and other sites have really nice forum communities if you run into more network
problems or just want to have everything setup optimally. Last thing I am not sure since I cancelled my account if they have implemented only one stream per netflix account.
