Constantly getting disconnected from Black ops 4 and 3 servers

Hi! Since launch, I've been struggling to finish every single game of every game mode available of Black Ops 4.
I keep getting this message on and on. It sometimes takes 15 minutes, or it can take up to 2 hours, but I've gotten this message
more than 80% of my games. I downloaded BO2 and 3. In BO2, I don't get disconnected. However, in BO3 I get the same message as shown below (didn't get this message even once back in its prime!!!!). It is so annoying and I don't
know what to do. I've done port forwarding, DNS change, clearing MAC, cache, static IP, restarting my router, my xbox, uninstalling and reinstalling, going from wired to wireless, and nothing seems to work. I'm losing my mind and that is why
I would like to get any help I could get. Please, I'm about to lose it.

Yes, as I stated, only happens in call of duty games. I believe that if there was a problem with the internet itself, then I would be kicked from xbox live as well, not only from cod servers. But maybe I'm going to have to contact my ISP to check what's
going on. Thanks!

Reset your router by unplugging it for 60 seconds, then plugging back in. Sign back in after you restart your console.

Wired works best, too.

Also, the console says I've 96mbps of download speed and open nat (both in-game and console, achieved by port forwarding), but still, get kicked. It happens to none of my friends, and services such as Xbox Live, party or anything else don't seemed to be
affected. Help.

Hi Jesus,

I don't believe the issue has to do with IPv6, which actually is better when combined with IPv4. I think since this only happens with Call of Duty games, you need to open ports on your router that Activision has provided on their support site. It lists all
of their games and the ports that should be open by platform. I suggest taking a look and opening those ports, restart your router and Xbox and then try playing again. I'll provide the links that should help you with opening those ports:
