Constantly getting booted off of Xbox LIVE (Xbox 360)

So it started a few days ago. I was trying to play Black Ops 2, but my NAT type was set to moderate. I rebooted the modem and it reset itself to Open and everything was fine, until I shut down and then I have to do the same thing everytime to open up my
NAT.

Today however, I'm now being booted off XBL randomly. I spoke with XBL support; we've tried deleting my profile, forwarding ports and reseting my network stats on the console. Nothing is working.

I know Xbox and Activision were having server issues a few days ago, could be something to do with it, I'm stumped.... Any ideas??

I'm pretty sure this has happened to a lot of other people but yesterday i was playing COD BO2 multiplayer and i was booted offline. after i was able to get back online i got a message from a guy with the gamertag "[Mod Removed]"saying that
"your ip is static and im gonna post it all over hack forums and im gonna make sure you get booted offline every hour' and since then ive been on and off with my internet connection. ive called my service provider and they are unable to change my ip address.
when this happens the only thing i can do with my electronics in the house is watch tv (which means no phone, no netflix, no Destiny on xbox, no COD, no talking to various friends on xbox, no computer for the family etc.) i would like to be responded back
with a solution from this harrassment and be able to play Xbox and to enjoy my electronics in piece. i would much rather like to be responded to by email at
[Mod Removed] id like to see something done about this before it gets handed over to the authorities. my personal life is my own and this is a huge invasion of my privacy!

Try to set a static ip for the xbox and do a port forward..

I'm sorry to hear you're having problems. This morning, as I was helping someone else, I noticed that there was a service alert, concerning Black OPS 2 & 3, so I'd imagine that they may be linked. Do you have issues with any other multiplayer games? Have
you tried a complete power cycle with your router and Xbox? This means, to unplug your router and Xbox from the mains, leave out for 3-5 mins, then plug in again > re-test.

Also might be worth making sure no-one is using the internet in your home at the time of testing

If this does happen again, please check the Xbox Live Status page, where it will give up to date status information every 30 mins or so:
support.xbox.com/.../xbox-live-status , and feel free to post back here with results.
