Constantly get disconnected from multiplayer games on Xbox one

I seem to get exactly the same issues as a lot of other people constantly getting thrown out of multplayer games but not Xbox live for example on call of duty advanced warfare I would say I get kicked from games 3 or 4 times a day when I play and sent
back to the menu to fetch gamer profile. I dot not get kicked from Xbox live however just the game, this also happened on ghosts and titanfall

I have had this issue investigated by my ISP but as all other devices like iPad laptop and iPad etc continue to access the Internet it only seems to affect the Xbox one

How many 360 and One consoles are connected to this router?: 1 Xbox one

Wired or wireless (for each console): wired

Things you have tried: port forwarding , wired and wireless, even bought a new router and problem still persists

Is UPnP Enabled? Yes

Do you have a NAT error? If so, what is your NAT type? Nat is open

Any Error Codes you encounter: no error codes other that 'lost connection to local host' whilst playing advanced warfare

Who is your ISP?(Internet Service Provider): BT

party disconnects

constantly getting disconnected from parties with no warning but i do net get disconnected from multi player games eg ark black ops 3 minecraft

 

Disconnected when I try to play multiplayer games

Whenever I try to play multiplayer games I get maybe one good game, then I get disconnected from xbox live. Sometimes I get resigned in when I dashboard from the game, other times it doesn't work
