Wired or wireless (for each console): Tried both, problem persists.

If Wireless, are you using a white or black external adapter, or an internal (Xbox 360S) adapter?

Things you have tried: Clearing system cache and deleting/redownloading account / restoring to factory defaults.

Is UPnP Enabled? Yes

Do you have a NAT error? If so, what is your NAT type? No and Open

Any Error Codes you encounter: Havent paid attention to them.

Who is your ISP(Internet Service Provider)? Time Warner Cable

Frequently Disconnecting Controller

My controller has been disconnecting constantly it's annoying I can't play HALO properly any tips?

constant disconnection from xbox live on xbox

when I am playing it is constantly disconnecting me from the game and coming up with an error message stating "you will need a network connection to add a account" I do I stop this from happening

Sorry to hear about the connectivity issue! Let's start by following the steps below to remove your profile, clear system cache, and sign back in:

Remove your Xbox Live profile from the Xbox 360 (select Delete Profile Only)

Clear the Xbox 360 cache three times.

Power off the console.

Power back on and sign your Xbox Live profile back in.

HI after a couple of months i am still having the same problems. It defo not a isp problem has engineer has been out to test all my equipment. It is only my xbox that disconnects constantly all the time. it seems to be fine when playing multiplayer, but
disconnects when on single player games, or wacthing a dvd on xbox. It gets annoying when disconnects constantly when talking to my friends. It will even disconnect when i try downloading games or updates, any help would be grateful as i am now getting tired
of this.

Because, the Horizon life, is indeed not working properly at the time, this also happened to me yesterday, on my xbox. :/

Constantly, I was getting a message saying I was disconnected. :/

I have such problem with Dark Souls but not constantly.

Sometimes (very rarely) it's working good without any disconnections.

But more often I see "Player __ has been disconnected from Live" after 5-10 minutes of playing game.

It's frustrating.

Never been disconnected once, except when there are expected disconnects which they notify you of. If this is not related to the expected or tracked disconnects (see help.bungie.net with the code it displays) you may want to verify your connection and whom
you are playing with since P2P connectivity matters to the stability of your particular game.

They are tweaking servers constantly, as do most game services when they first launch. As I said, there hasn't been any instability at my end that hasn't been explained so far.
