    Constantly disconnecting from Xbox Live


    It does not matter what I'm doing: I'm on the dashboard, I'm trying to load a game, I'm trying to download a game, I'm trying to re-sign into Xbox Live when it says I'm not logged into Xbox Live, I'm trying to re-sign into Xbox Live when it says I AM logged
    into Xbox Live, but nothing works... NOMATTER WHAT I'M DOING I GET BOOTED FROM XBOX LIVE!

    This is beyond frustrating, Xbox you really need to fix your crap. It's been like this for the past week but it's been 100 times worse just tonight! Fix this now!

    Hello.

    I've been having this trouble to, this maybe due to the WiFi connection being used up by multiple devices in the household. such as Ipods, Iphones, Ipads, computers, tablets, and much more that use WiFi or is connected by a ether net cable. it is most likely
    sucking your WiFi connection. Suggestion is to disconnect some of the devices from the router and WiFi. If this helps the have a fun gaming time Constantly disconnecting from Xbox Live :)

    There may be multiple reasons why you keep getting disconnected I.e your connection or xbox live itself. Always check to see if there is any service alerts with xbox live and then if there isn't then hard reset your router and try again.

    Live has been diaconnected for 2 days in china.All of chinese !!!

    It is now the 27th in China and I am still having terrible issues with xbox live. I am constantly getting kicked from games and disconnected from live. As soon as I press 'A' to load a disc it disconnects from Live. I can sign back in sometimes but get kicked.

    It's so frustrating!!!!!

    Depending on your router, some users have experience issues running UPnP despite most guides suggesting to enable it for xbox live setup. In the past I had the same issue with disconnects. The problem went away once UPnP was disabled. I'm not saying
    it is a fix, but worth a try.

    Hey. Am not an ambassador or owt, just a keen gamer, but also a self employed techy. That error code I believe is a corrupt profile, try deleting all the profiles n either start again or recover it after its been deleted. See how that goes n perhaps let
    me know?

    I too would like an explanation for this irritating phenomenon. I've experienced the same issue with the same error code since roughly the beginning of the month. Like the OP, I have also gone through the requisite troubleshooting and procedures purported
    to fix this issue to no avail. If something is hosing up XBox Live connectivity for all of us we'd like some answers please. I don't like getting bad reviews for "Quitting Early" when I can't keep a Live session running on a Fiber connection...
