Constantly disconnected from Xbox Live

Discus and support Constantly disconnected from Xbox Live in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I'm having the same problems. My provider is Time Warner in So. California.     Constantly disconnected from Xbox Live


    I'm having the same problems. My provider is Time Warner in So. California. I've tried everything short of DMZ'ing the console IP. Really frustrating for my son especially who just got Hardline and can't play for more than 10 minutes without losing his connection.
    I've been disconnected while playing Bejeweled 3 of all things so it's not, or doesn't appear to be, a matchmaking problem.

    Same problem here too. Bet Microsoft wants everyone to buy a One, lol.. So frustrating!!!

    Same issue here.. When my xbox does connect to xbl i am constantly getting disconnected from live.

    Live has been diaconnected for 2 days in china.All of chinese !!!

    It is now the 27th in China and I am still having terrible issues with xbox live. I am constantly getting kicked from games and disconnected from live. As soon as I press 'A' to load a disc it disconnects from Live. I can sign back in sometimes but get kicked.

    It's so frustrating!!!!!

    Depending on your router, some users have experience issues running UPnP despite most guides suggesting to enable it for xbox live setup. In the past I had the same issue with disconnects. The problem went away once UPnP was disabled. I'm not saying
    it is a fix, but worth a try.

    Hey. Am not an ambassador or owt, just a keen gamer, but also a self employed techy. That error code I believe is a corrupt profile, try deleting all the profiles n either start again or recover it after its been deleted. See how that goes n perhaps let
    me know?

    I too would like an explanation for this irritating phenomenon. I've experienced the same issue with the same error code since roughly the beginning of the month. Like the OP, I have also gone through the requisite troubleshooting and procedures purported
    to fix this issue to no avail. If something is hosing up XBox Live connectivity for all of us we'd like some answers please. I don't like getting bad reviews for "Quitting Early" when I can't keep a Live session running on a Fiber connection...
