Constantly Disconnected from Multiplayer Matches (but still connected to Xbox Live)

This problem has occurred while playing Rainbow 6 & Overwatch.

I start a multiplayer match. Then, every 1-3 games, I get kicked back to the starting screen of the game.

On R6, I get kicked completely and have to load through the "press any button" page when you start up the game.

On Overwatch, I mostly get kicked to the home screen (the screen that has the clickable words on the left.) BUT it says at the top "match found" and joins me back in the match after a minute or two loading.

I can re-join Matches after being kicked in either game, but this happens every 1-3 matches and it's killing me and my team in COMP rounds!!!

My wifi is strong, my speed is above the minimum by a good margin, I have no physical interference with any object between my router and Xbox, my NAT is open, I've even looked into the Port Forwarding & connecting through static IP.

NOTHING has solved this problem.

I really need help. It has destroyed my online experience with xbox. Please help & let me know if you've had similar issues.

Opinions on an aggravating connection issue

I get disconnected while playing games about 75% of the time. I'm constantly getting disconnected and reconnected to Xbox live parties. I usually stay connected to Xbox live just disconnected to the games.

If I'm at the dashboard I will still be disconnected to my Xbox live party but usually it automatically connects back.

this is still happening to me now i have got 14 wins and 49 losses from being constantly getting the message " you must have an active xbox live connection to play xbox live matches" but when i look at my dashboard i am still connected to the xbox live

 

Console: Xbox One

Additional info: Netflix & HBO GO work fine. No network interference while streaming shows on my Xbox.

 

Additional Information: I have compared my internet speed to that of my friends online, and I have more speed than 80% of my team. But I'm the only one experiencing this issue.

Sorry to hear about the network performance. Let's check a few things to narrow this down. Does the issue persist when using both wired or wireless network connections on the console?



Run a Detailed Network Statistics test on the Xbox One console and please provide the following information.

• Download Speed
• Upload Speed
• Latency
• Packet Loss %
• Wireless Strength (if applicable)
• Modem Manufacturer
• Router Manufacturer (if being used) as well as the model number

That information will help us determine the next best steps. Thanks!
