    Like ive said 10 *** times before, my xbox wont connect because of that download profile error while im not even trying to download anything Ive had this for over a *** year now and still no one has ever replied with a solution What the *** is wrong here!?!

    You say you play wirelessly. Have you tried a wired connection to see if you have the same problems?

    Hi just to start off thanks for looking at my post and please help if you can Constantly disconnect from xbox live :)

    Today I went on my xbox 360 kinect it started off normally signed in connect to xbox live and everything then I go to invite my friend to a party and I get disconnected I reconnect to my router try again and I get disconnected. I reconnected again but this
    time just tried to play black ops 2 and I got disconnected again. Now I tried to reconnect but I couldnt I have been trying for over a hour and this just started today I dont know much about routers and such so please try to be detailed I did take a speed
    test though

    I play wirelesly

    Have you ever tried to delete your profile off and then re-download it? That can often resolve this kind of issue. Do you get an actual error code at all?

    Same issue here.. When my xbox does connect to xbl i am constantly getting disconnected from live.

    Live has been diaconnected for 2 days in china.All of chinese !!!

    It is now the 27th in China and I am still having terrible issues with xbox live. I am constantly getting kicked from games and disconnected from live. As soon as I press 'A' to load a disc it disconnects from Live. I can sign back in sometimes but get kicked.

    It's so frustrating!!!!!

    Depending on your router, some users have experience issues running UPnP despite most guides suggesting to enable it for xbox live setup. In the past I had the same issue with disconnects. The problem went away once UPnP was disabled. I'm not saying
    it is a fix, but worth a try.

    Hey. Am not an ambassador or owt, just a keen gamer, but also a self employed techy. That error code I believe is a corrupt profile, try deleting all the profiles n either start again or recover it after its been deleted. See how that goes n perhaps let

    I too would like an explanation for this irritating phenomenon. I've experienced the same issue with the same error code since roughly the beginning of the month. Like the OP, I have also gone through the requisite troubleshooting and procedures purported
    to fix this issue to no avail. If something is hosing up XBox Live connectivity for all of us we'd like some answers please. I don't like getting bad reviews for "Quitting Early" when I can't keep a Live session running on a Fiber connection...
