Discus and support Constantly being signed out of my account! in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Yesterday it was ok, I was playing online co-op everything was working fine.     Yesterday it was ok, I was playing online co-op everything was working fine. But then it got to about 5:30pm uk time and I got disconnected from live. I tried to connect but it asked me for my email and password. Every time I put in my details it did nothing
    and signed me out again, I did this for about 30 minutes. It finally stopped asking and i managed to sign in no problems, however... EVERY time since then and now whenever I load a game, it signs me out. I quit to the dashboard, it signs me out. I load an
    app, it signs me out! I am getting so sick of this now, and my friends are probably getting sick of seeing me sign in every 5 minutes too! Anyone have a solution to this problem??

    Hey sorry to hear about your sign out problems. Since you already know how to delete profiles and clear the systems cache can you try these steps in this exact order. Delete profile(profile only) clear your cache 3 times in a row. Restart your console and
    then download your profile. This should clear up your issues with random disconnects

    Hi there, if you're experiencing sign-outs when starting up games or apps then delete the profile from the console (profile only), clear the system cache, restart the console and re-download the profile.

    Delete and re-download profile:
    support.xbox.com/.../profile-move-delete


    Clear system cache:
    support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache


    Also as it prompted your for your email and password I'm curious as to whether you've got updated and verified security proofs? If not, I suggest following the steps at the link to do so:

  5. Also having this issue, I have tried clearing system cache, I've tried deleting and re-downloading profile, I've tried deleting and re-downloading dashboard update, I've tried changing my password, I've edited settings on my router and completely disabled
    the hardware firewall - still signs me out any time I start up a game no matter which of my 30+ games I choose from.

    I've already sunk over 2 hours into this embarrassing and regrettable issue, all 7 other online consoles and both gaming PCs can do whatever I ask of them, without any static.

  7. ^Guys create your own thread if you have an issue, don't piggy back of others are issues can vary and it's easier to tailor support to your question.

    Also with the recent announcements at E3 the Xbox Live service is struggling with everyone trying to download newly released apps, get into the preview program etc. If your issue continue after 24hrs then create a new thread.
