So i reccently left the beta xbox update thing and did a hard reset to keep all my game and then i moved my xbox to my living room and i turned it on i saw all the accounts were removed and i click sign in and add a account and when i click it a alert box pops up saying Search for a app in the store? You Need To Install An App For This Task Would You Like To Search For One And it Wont Let Me Add any account and login and whenever i click yes it brings me to a screen of the microsoft store and it asks me to login and whenever i click that it returns me to the search for app in the store screen so i cant login also it says installation stopped - microsoft xbox purchase hub and microsoft payment opttion

May I know if you already tried to do again the factory reset but deleting everything? (If you want try doing it again but keeping games and apps first)

If the problem persists, double check that your console is no longer part of the insiders program and then perform an offline update for your console. In that way Xbox system will be installed from scratch.

No, you simply need to install the xbox app. Once you login the app you can send messages and also join or start a party chat.

Same issue tonight. Signed into Xbox.com, but that Tactile app won't sign in. App is in a constant loop telling me to try to login to Xbox.com when I already am.
