Constant Xbox charges without a subscription

This is about the fourth time this has happened to me and I have no idea how to stop it. I cancelled my Xbox ultimate subscription late last year and since then whenever I have any money in my bank account it goes to monthly Xbox ultimate charges. I have contacted Microsoft and they checked my family members accounts for any subscriptions and none have a subscription or my card as a payment method. The agent also checked to see if my card was being used by any account and nothing came up. I am also sure this isn't a late bill or anything. The first 2 bills were brought to my attention too late but thankfully the third one was returned to me and now I am working on getting my money back for this fourth one and I'm guessing that will once again only happen by going through my bank.

Does anyone know how to stop Microsoft from charging me for something I am not using?

You will need to contact support, as billing issues can't be handled here. If support cannot help, then you should contact your bank for advice.

You mention that you contacted support, they even went so far as to verify and search the purchase by your card number?

On your browser, it may mean that you're signed in on the wrong account where the subscription is not active.

If possible, kindly sign out and then sign back in using the correct Microsoft account on your browser. If it's still not showing up, please sign in using all Microsoft accounts that you own where you may have used your subscription before.

This is recommended because in some cases, the servers can take this time to reflect the transaction in your Microsoft account order history.

However, if this time passes, and you don't see the subscription active or in your order history. This means the transaction didn't go through, and it will be refunded automatically in up to 72 business hours. (Usually takes less)

For this situation you will have to contact Xbox Support and explain to them that you paid but didn't receive your subscription. It also might be best to receive a callback.
