Constant unwarranted bans

I'd like to start off by stating that the Xbox Live Enforcement Team is an absolute joke in terms of reliability, help, as well as a plethora of other features. The pathetic excuse of customer service is almost unbelievable as customers with real problems
are relegated to these forums, instead of being able to directly contact a team member through some variation of communication, and figure things out to provide a more lenient or sensible view on the situation. However I realize that will never happen, and
it will continue to spiral out of control with this obvious abuse of power. I've been banned quite a few times for communications, ive sent messages that in hindsight probably weren't too entertaining to the receiving party, and said things that were quite
vulgar and rather obscene. The bans were deserved, and I will admit no to much of a lesson was learned until recently, when I wasn't banned for another 2 weeks. However just today, only a few days I into my ban, I received a ban that blocked online play. For
harassment, threats, and abuse. Seems a bit odd and quite idiotic to have overlapping categories such as this, especially when I've already been banned for the exact same thing. However, further details state that reasons could also include trolling, griefing,
and a variety of other nasty things I've never done before. I've never taken it farther than simple cursing. Those excessive banning needs to stop, and I'd like like to talk to someone, instead of these laughable forums and those ridiculous case reviews

you could have team killed some one else as well and not have noticed to there is lots of reasons you could have been booted

There is no one to talk to.

The enforcement team do not use the forums.

Filing for a case review on the enforcement site
here is the only way to contact the enforcement team.

 

Nor will they allow spam to contact them

Moderated methods of contacts is the universal way to contact any enforcement group including Sony

Get with the times

Unmoderatered methods like you suggested means people can spam calls or chats just so they can harrass the agents till they reverse the decusion

Dispite what you think cursing and harassment is a bad thing and a violation of laws

Time to be human 99.9% of the online communities and players can get along why can't you
