Constant server disconnect on Xbox One X, but not PS4

I have both an Xbox One X and a Ps4. My xbox is used primarily for competetive multiplayer games like modern warfare and siege.

i do not have connection issues, the game runs smoothly and all matches go well. But i constantly get disconnected from the game servers (not xbox live) in modern warfare, in battlefront 2, siege, all from the actually game server not from xbox live.

howevor, this does not effect my Ps4. My ps4 is hardwired, so i thought maybe it was my wifi. So i checked my NAT settings. Everything is open and working fine. Tested all network connections on the xbox, says everything is fine.

but in the middle of battlefront games I get disconnected. Modern warfare i get disconnected after each game, but not during. Yet during spec-ops mode, I get kicked out 1 minute in. Overwatch i cant even seem to play longer than 5 minutes.

any help is appreciated.

First you tried to wire the xbox and see

Try to open the xbox live ports on the router or try to enable the DMZ

I was also having problems with MW because it took me out of the games.
My solution was to restart the game and do a power cycle on the console.

Are you participating in the Xbox Insiders program?

Have you done a hard reset/power cycle to clear the cache of your console?

Press and hold the Xbox logo on the front of the console until it switches off, waiting atleast 30 seconds before switching it on again.

I always check xbox status page as when im haveing issues usually there is one.

Constant dropped games due to server disconnect, migrating hosts, freezing up, etc. Worst game ever!
