    I recently got a new 360 to replace my old one. After setting it up and transferring the licenses, I still keep getting security checks. Most of the time when I need to verify my account I only need to do it once. However it's asking me to verify with every
    game that I play. I occasionally get a sign in error forcing me back to the dash to sign back in. I'm all for security but this is getting annoying. I own and play a lot of games. Will I have to do this with every game?

    I deleted my account but when itry and redownload it just comes up with the same error message!!

    To get rid of this issue man is to update security at
    account.live.com/summarypage.aspx


    and go to security to update it and make sure they are verified and set to receive alerts and you should be good

    hi, have you set up any security proofs? Those are to make sure you get your account back if something happens, just having one slows the proofs from coming up (still happens though) if I were you I would set it up to put like a email --phone I don't agree
    with but you can do that-- you can do it here on the web:
    account.live.com/summarypage.aspx


    and click on security and put proofs (Note once you do this you would have to send a code for web based buying. (like on xbox.com) but on xbox it wont ask.

    You have to call 1-800-4MY-XBOX. Your profile is going under whats called authentication to verify the user. If the website is not working you will have to call in to the support line during normal business hours. They will be able to remove the lock from
    your account and change you email address (to one you can access).

    Hey there Cleric!

    Just to be sure we understand: You don't have access to the email tied to your main Xbox Live Account and therefore you can't change the email?

    If that's the case, the next course of action would be to use the
    Contact Us
    page to set up a support call with an account specialist. If they're unable to assist, I suggest asking to be escalated to the Advocacy Team, who specializes in this type of thing. They'll be best equipped to assist.
