    My xbox one doesnt allow me to browse through my dashboard or the any other menu when i have a game in the backround. The screen freezes for like 20 sec then restarts my xbox

    Update install with constant restarting

    have you tried to power cycle your console for 10 seconds then wait for 30 seconds or power cycle 10 seconds then unplug it for 30 seconds 30 then plug it back in . you also can do console factory reset .

    Update install with constant restarting

    When I turned my xbox one on today it started an update. It downloaded and verified, but when it applies it will get to around 30% (60% total) and restart. It will restart, try to install, restart, install, then turn off. I turn
    it back on it will do it all over again. I am not sure what to do.

    Hi I suspect you may be in the preview program, If so then this is a known issue and being looked at.

    same thing happens to me. thats because it uses your internet to blast you with constant advertisements and videos. you can turn off your internet and restart the game to stop that from happening.
