    Constant problems with microsoft bingo


    I don't understand why a big company like microsoft can't fix the CONSTANT problems with the bingo site. The redeeming takes absolutely forever due to freezing issues and at times it simply shuts down and you loose whatever was being redeemed.

    The game itself tends to freeze routinely.

    Chat room won't let me chat frequently.

    The list goes on and on and it's not just me here in the USA as everyone on the chat site complains from all dif. countries.

    ARE THERE ANY TECHNICIANS OUT THERE READING THESE COMPLAINS.

    DO ANY OF THEM KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING.

    Connecting problems

    Between bingo games there are constant problems connecting to Microsoft Bingo. It is ruining an otherwise good game.

    I am sorry you are having issues with microsoft bingo please make sure you go to the Xbox support website and report any issues you are having. Speaking from personal experience those game servers like bingo, solitaire, etc. have always been very buggy,
    and I know there has been a couple times they have tried to go in and fix various bugs. The best thing to do is provide specific feedback on the support website that can assist them in pinpointing the bugs. Good luck!

    I agree with you DizzyLizzy916. They have had this problems for months and just can't seem to fix it. If they can't keep a simple game like Microsoft Bingo operating correctly, I don't know many people that would ever trust any Microsoft products. I know
    many people that are about ready to leave Microsoft Bingo because of the constant problems.

    I don't know what is going on who do I go to I just sent a private message not knowing why that was necessary then I scroll down and see this box. I am having problems trying to sign into bingo. keep saying server problem for hours. Yet I can get into
