Constant Network Issues with 0 compensation from Microsoft

I for one am getting sick and tired of paying for a service that only works half of the time. It seems that at least once a month there is a day or two that the Live network is down. Seeing as I have a family and full time job my time on the Xbox One is
limited. So i'm sure you can understand my frustration when I finally get to sit down and go on line only to find out that the network once again is having issues. I work in the telecommunication's field so please do not come back with some patronizing, standard
response about network reliability etc. Microsoft requires I pay for a service from them ( not to mention purchasing the actual console and hardware ) so as a consumer I expect that service to be provided. When it is not I expect compensation which I was told
today by an on line agent will not happen. This is unacceptable.

Still no resolution, this is just dreadful customer support

Still no rewards depositing, why are these issues being ignored by Microsoft. I expect some kind of compensation for such dreadful customer support and my constant emails reporting the issue without any kind of resolution being offered.

Is the online game play really that bad??

You can change gadgets left to right by changing which slot theyre in, network smoothing is lag compensation set it to 0

I feel your pain. I haven't been able to play Advanced Warfare online in 2 weeks. I can't even get into a match at all. Why am I paying $60 a year plus the $60 for a game, if I can't play online?

Network settings for Xbox one are a little different than they were for Xbox 360. Also how often do you power cycle your console? As with any operating system it has to refresh. I have mine set to shut down every day instead of the instant on setting and
have very few issues with the system including Advanced warfare matchmaking.

BioMechGirl: the account you are posting with is a silver account. If this is the one you are trying to use for matchmaking, it is the reason why you can't connect.

I agree there needs to be some sort of compensation. It's been a headache the last 2 weeks on live. From constant party disconnects and lag to now can't even sign on.

I did remove the account fully and then added the account back. Again, it did seem to take care of the issue at the time but it has arisen again today. I do not have the ability to hardwire the console in the room that it is in. If I needed to do so to
trouble shoot I could temporarily.
