    Are you experiencing lag issues with the consolencojneftee to online - multiplayer games only or with all your games even if you're offline?

    What Xbox console do you have?
    Xbox One, Xbox One S or Xbox Series X/S

    And, what did you tried so far to fix this?
    In that way I can advise you different things or how to proceed

    Sorry to hear you are getting lag in games. It might be the HDD is starting to wear out. You could try resetting Xbox keeping apps and games and see if that helps.
