    CONSTANT ISSUE FOR 3 MONTHS ON VIDEOS I PURCHASE.


    For three months I have continued to get the error code 0x000005b4 when I PURCHASE or RENT a movie from Xbox store. I'm not allowed a refund even though the movie will never play. And if it does play, it's I'm 240 p or worse. My internet is not the issue
    nor is my Xbox. I have this issue on every Xbox I have tried. Netflix runs perfect 4k. I have done every "troubleshoot" that you have in this useless sight. I'm about ready to file a complaint with the BBB and the Attorney General within my state. I cannot
    believe that I have called 32 times, and chatted 18 times online and have yet to get a resolution. Xbox has gone down hill.

    Hi, I recently seen a promotion for Xbox Live to get 3 months of Gold for buying 3 months. So I went on my xbox and paid for 3 months. What I'm wondering is did I mess up and purchase the wrong way? Is it only buying it from the website that you get the
    free 3 months? And if so is there anyway to fix this? I really wanted the free 3 months. I usually pay for one month at a time but I decided to buy 3 months for the promotion. Also it says that you should receive the code for 3 free months within 10 days of
    purchase and it's been 10 days now and I haven't received anything.

    I have had this same issue for months now. I have fiber optic internet and great internet and use the Series X. Constant signin and out and even when a videos paused it sings me out causing the video to play and advertisement when it is suppose to be quiet!
