Constant harassment from two Xbox Live users

Let me give a little breakdown on my history with this couple before I go into the issue first. For the sake of the anonymity we will call this duo "Bob" and "Joe" as to refrain from witch hunting. Bob and Joe aren't their real names or are they a representation
of any person other than said anonymity.

I first met Bob and Joe around the year 2012 whilst playing Battlefield 3 with my good friends. We play a few rounds with each other and call it a day, a perfectly normal day. The real problem starts when Bob and Joe decide to show their real colors a few
days later. Bob and Joe starting playing and talking extremely aggressively and offensively to me and a few of my friends. Very shortly after that I tried to break contact, all but one of my friends deleted them off their friends list. It is fine that one
friend decided to not remove them because it was their choice but that choice would lead to my group of friend's current situation today.

At this point in time I have Bob and Joe both muted and blocked. Yesterday I got on and saw my friends were in a invite-only party with Bob and Joe. I start up my own party and invite my friends into the party, all but the one friend join. They quickly
inform me that they were harassing and impersonating Xbox Live users by posting their gamertags on group finding websites. Since I'm at odds with Bob and Joe they quickly start harassing me as well as my friends. They start posting to websites as me and my

There is a fine line between playing a joke and harssment. It was a quick laugh between my friends and apologies to people that sent me messages thinking I was looking for a group for Destiny. However this 'joke' suddenly takes a dark turn.
Bob and Joe continued to impersonate me and my friends all night and continued on this morning. I spent a great deal of time apologizing to everybody that asked to group up and explained the situation to them. In between the messages I had
time to ask an Xbox Live Ambassador about my problem. The Ambassador quickly pointed me in the right direction and gave me a few pointers(Thank you to whom ever it was, you know who you are.) I sent an email explaining the situation to the websites that Bob
and Joe were impersonating me and my friends on. The situation was resolved quickly on the website swiftly after I got the administrations attention. I quickly went to bed assuming that the situation had been resolved. Boy was I wrong.

I wake up this morning to my phone buzzing, thanks to Xbox SmartGlass and Facebook going off. Bob and Joe were at it again at my friends and I with the impersonation fiasco. I quickly send replies to the users asking where they got my friends and I Gamertag's.
I also quickly make sure that the websites in question weren't the wrongful host to our information, they weren't. I also checked around elsewhere, no dice on the other websites either. Nobody replied to my messages, suggesting that they are spreading false
information and harassing us over Xbox Live this time. How else will people get our information if our information had been taken down from websites and even to the point of blocking our names so they couldn't impersonate us.

During the time of writing this post, somebody else joined my Xbox Live party. Interestingly enough, Joe and Bob impersonated him and his group of friends as well. Needless to say they also removed Bob and Joe but the harassment continued on for several
hours afterwards. I also got a few more messages to group up on Destiny whilst writing this.

I love Xbox Live dearly, the support crew on Twitter have always been an awesome help. But this situation had gone too far after the second hour of harassment, at the twelfth it just became too much for a group of people to deal with. The harassment will
continue regardless what we do, and my group of friends and I have been patient enough with Bob and Joe.

I got Banned for harrasment even though my account was banned from messaging 2 days later

My account got banned two days later after being banned from messaging then I got banned for harassment and I cant go on xbox live even though when I was reported I was asleep

Even now my group is being harassed, over twenty-four hours later. Is nobody going to do something about this? This is getting absolutely ridiculous.

Posting on the forums will not achieve anything.
