    Constant freezing, have to disconnect power cord.


    Even though you can basically windows down on the Xbox One, there are certain instances where pressing the dashboard button on your controller in attempt to use an app or invite a friend will cause the console to freeze. Then resulting in pulling the power
    cord.

    I just posted about my controller and constant disconnects, some indicate the controller has disconnected and other times it just acts like it's frozen (with the Xbox button with a solid light), when it freezes I have to remove the batteries.

    This is happening to me too, only after last May 2022 update. I have a Elite series 2 controller and the only way I can play without constant disconnect is to leave the charger cord connected at all times.

    It's stopped making the squeaking I've gave it breathing room and have been power cycling it daily, but that that was due to constant disconnection but none the less it's stopped
