Constant Error: 80190843

All i want to do is change my Gamertag, anyone able to help ?

Tried the normal stuff, and checked the forums.

Cleared Cache

Removed profile & recovered

Checked billing info

Removed cards and readded, along with paypal

Fails with card or paypal which is verified

Was in chat with a rep, who basically in the end gave up and closed chat off.

ok well the points wont redeem it says error code 80190843 wont let me redeem and i am on my beta xbox have had three beta updates

To add aswell, i bought item from avatar store with card on the payment options which is same as what im trying to change gamertag with, and went through without a problem.

this can be closed or deleted now i guess, I had to add £10 credit to the account and use it that way to change my name.

Correction, it is status code 80190843. What does it mean?

We are looking into the cause of that error and hope to have it resolved soon. Have you tried redeeming the code since you posted?
