    I'm here in Australia. I paid $700 for my Xbox One X. Since purchasing I've had to call Support multiple times, and all they do is read off the Support instructions on the Xbox website. Pathetic. Since purchasing, many games will not run, or will run with
    horrible glitches or crashes. The Witcher 3 will not run. Ghost Recon Wildands will not run. Far Cry 4 will not run. Dragon Age Inquisition will not run. Fallout 4 exhibits glitches that never occurred on my normal Xbox or my PS4 or my PS4 pro, and it will
    often not run. I've had games crash multiple times on the One X that have never--NEVER--crashed on any other system. I have dozens of games I can no longer play because of this "Most powerful Console ever". Also, it seems my problems are unique, if the information--or
    lack thereof--is anything to go by. The Support is extremely unhelpful and far too general. Today (13/02/2018) I picked up my pre-order of Kingdom Come Deliverance. It failed to install multiple times, and when I finally got it to completely install--IT WILL NOT RUN.
    At this point, I'm convinced there is no solution. So, answer me this: why the **** should I stay with Microsoft? It's my preferred system. The controllers are better; I prefer the UI. But, I can't use those controllers when I can play no **** games. A UI
    is worthless when there is nothing to interact with. Since I expect no help, i'll burn this bridge: stick your worthless console up your **** ****. ****.

    Ever since I got my Xbox one x a month ago I've had endless problems. Controller disconnects unless connected with a wire. The past 2 weeks I've had to hard reset it 2/3 times a day. Tried a factory reset and now none of my games will download. Now having
    to send it back for repairs, not impressed after only having it a month.

    Microsoft Rewards Xbox One X points issue

    Hello, I purchased an Xbox One X right when it came out so I could get the Scorpio edition. Now months later Xbox Live Rewards changed to Microsoft Rewards. I downloaded the Microsoft Rewards app on my Xbox and see that you can earn 50000 points by purchasing
    an Xbox One X. Is the any way to get the 50000 points on my account since I already purchased an Xbox One X?

    I contacted Microsoft support first through chat and they directed me to this forum.

    same problem here. On startup I get three different 0x8.... errors, and none of them are documented by M$ with any sort of solution. I strongly regret purchasing the One X - constant problems with no acknowledgment by the company.

    There's no denying that Ones have cheaply built, prone to failure wifi cards that affect not only the controllers (constant temporary disconnects) but also one's ability to connect to the net.
    No denying? Could tell you about the consoles I own with no problems, or maybe the friends that own them with no problems, or mention my girlfriends X Box One with no problems...

    But I won't since there is no denying.
