    Constant downtime - refunds possible?


    I completely understand it takes some time to get things rolling and I've agreed to the terms of service myself, but since I bought Xbox One about a month ago, the gaming servers have been unavailable here in Finland for about 4-5 days in total, which is
    a fairly large chunk of the potential total play time. I was wondering if Microsoft has ever given any compensation for lost time, since my Live membership does cost some real money and giving something small to the faithful players who don't switch to more
    reliable services or platforms even when faced with constant issues would seem like the right and cool thing to do in terms of business ethics.

    since we are not able to log on then how do we get a refund for the downtime and frustration caused by you. This is not a consumer problem. This problem belongs to you Microsoft and we as customers deserve refunds for the downtime

    am i the only one that is getting tired of this constant downtime? what is this like 4 times in a month ? for at least 4 hours each time? kind of ridiculous.

    No, the terms of service pretty much make it so Microsoft is covered in regards to downtime. Business ethics really don't exist for large corporations anymore.

    Yeah it's already in the works with the Xbox Team and is currently affecting only the Xbox One side for some reason. hope they get these seemingly constant "downtimes" lately resolved in time for the holiday surge.

    we pay approx 16 cents per day for live, and people want a refund for 3 hours of downtime, things happen out of the blue, it is technology it breaks.

    Unless the console is off, No down time has happened.
