constant disk write error

Ive been having a constant disk write error with steam, and steam only. Both steam, and the support for the specific game said it almost has to be a windows issue. my games will crash, then will refuse to launch showing a "disk write error" message. If I restarted my computer, it would go away until I played the game for a little bit then it would repeat all over again. I reformatted my ssd, I tried to do a partition recovery, I uninstalled and re installed both the game and steam multiple times. I even went and got a brand new ssd. I have absolutely no clue where I'm supposed to go from here. When I run chkdsk, everything is clean, and when I verify integrity of game files it says everything there is fine as well.
