Constant Disconnects..

So, my xbox 360 never did/does disconnect, neither does anything in my house, iPhones, PC's, laptops, even my brothers Playstations. But for some reason on my Xbox One I disconnect often. If I'm on wireless it disconnects within 5 minutes and lags out. If
I'm wired it disconnects every half hour, but doesn't disconnect? It just leaves games I'm in and says that I've been disconnected but I go to the home page and everything is fine, I'm even still connected in my skype chats. Any ideas? It's mad annoying cause
I play competitive and disconnect mid game all the time isn't exactly very good. Resetting my router/modem has zero effect.

its a problem with the alternate dlc costumes, boon says it can be fixed by deleting your history and then redownloading the dlc, but suffice to say the problem still exists because the other person may not know how to fix it on their end. Basically nrs
screwed up they need to put a patch out.

Are you getting any error messages when you're disconnected? Are you able to reconnect right away? Have you tried restarting your network hardware?

Hi slitty, we've had this EXACT problem for around 5 months or so now in our house, we have two xbox one consoles and they both do this, even if one is disconnected and powered off the other still disconnects, within 5 minutes of trying to play ANY game
online, but no other device gets disconnected.

We've been through every troubleshooting step xbox has given us, with no luck.

So hopefully this bump will attract some attention for you and I.

Can You describe more precisely, what network hardware You have, what settings is used on it?

Hey man, same thing is happening to me. Except I downloaded and installed the update fine. However, I keep disconnecting every 10 mins maybe, sometimes less, sometimes more. Ever since the update rolled out, it's been horrible keeping a constant connection.

Press the Guide button on your controller, go to Settings, and then select System Settings.

Select Network Settings.

Select Wired Network or the name of your wireless network, if you are prompted to do so.

Select Test Xbox LIVE Connection.

Select Yes if you are prompted to update the console software.

The last XBOX360 system update was February 19, 2013. If you have recently updated you may have another issue with your internet or conectivity.

I have a similar problem. When I try to play with others in public matches the game session ends after character selection. It's so annoying and I can't find the solution to this problem. However I have played a few games with a friend in private match and
it worked fine. You can add me and we can play private matches in the mean time until this problem can be solved.
