    Constant disconnections, don't know what to do about it.


    If i go back to dashboard i get signed out, if i boot up a game i get signed out, the transition between a games main menu and starting will sign me out.

    It's getting very annoying because this stops me playing some games altogether.

    World or Tanks for example i sign in, it searches for a server, i get signed out and go back to the main menu with the message the game needs an Xbox Live connection to play..

    Was just trying to play MGS. I sign in at the dashboard, run the game, have to sign in again, get the main menu where i select either MGS 2 or 3. When i press on one i get signed out and go back to the main menu to sign in again.

    It's a never ending loop and i don't know how to resolve this, could someone point me in the right direction.

    And yes its a wireless connection.

    Don't know what to do.

    Try removing the account from the console, doing a hard reset, and then re-adding the account to see if that clears up the issue.

    Don't know what to do.

    My xbox got a communication ban it's over now but I can't talk in party chat or send messages my gamertag is please help.

    It could be your WiFi RedRebel. Is there any chance you could connect your 360 to the network with a cable? Even a temporary arrangement test to check this aspect?

    I have the exact same issue. I am perfectly able to sign in to live, but every time I transition from the dash to a game, I get signed out. Inside the game, I have to sign in again, which works. I can then play the game without a problem. If I transition
    back to the dash, I get signed out again. Same thing happens when I open an app, like Netflix. The moment it launches, I get signed out and have to sign in again. Once I do that, Netflix app starts and runs without a problem. It is mostly annoying and only
    appeared since a few days.

    Since it is clearly tied with transitioning in and out of the dash, I am sure it is not a network issue (I am on a wired connection anyway).

    Hi,

    Usually this kind of code ships to your xbox live messages directly or to your email a few weeks after you launch and play the purchased game once on the profile. So technically you should get the code after getting Halo Wars 2.

    This is how it worked with Gears of War 4 and the free first games.

    Should the terms and conditions (read the fine print) of your purchase state otherwise you might need to wait a bit still as they ususally roll out codes within specific delays and it is almost never instantly after purchase.

    If you still feel something is wrong, contact Microsoft store support directly from their page!
