Constant disconnection from Xbox Live

For more than a couple of weeks when playing COD Advanced Warfare I keep looseing connection to Xbox Live. What happens is I am playing the game then the players avatars will be running but without moving, but I can still run and shoot then the screen freezes,
then an error message appears saying I must be connected to xbox live rarely have I completed a game in so long I cant remember.I have been to my broadband provider they opened some ports remotely that were reccomended to be open that did not work. Other games
and apps work fine no problems so I am assuming it is a server issue from whoever runs the online multiplayer gaming. I do not have this problem playing this game on a 360 or Ps4 using the same internet provider. Is there a solution to my problem other than
trashing theXB1 and buying a ps4. Please advise.

hmm lets see uhh did you try turning off your modem on your connection b/c sometimes when the connection gets interupted you could lose connection and all that so turn your wirless box of for like 30sec and turn it back on so it could refresh the connection
and try that sometimes that works for me and if you try it and nothing works then try and rebooting the whole system then

Well, what exactly is happening? I see from your title that you are getting disconnected but that's a fraction of what we need to know. If you could read the sticky post here:

forums.xbox.com/.../9.aspx and answer the bold questions at the bottom we could do more to help out.

Also to point out briefly, just about every thread here gets fixed by adjusting the customer end networking settings or configuration, which the users on these forums are more than happy to try and help you do.

 

Well I haven't had this problem and neither has my friends so may just be something to do with your end. Last year though I had to upgrade to sky fibre as broadband was not enough for me, my 2 brothers also on xbox one and my families devices. Kept disconnecting
and having occasional lag problems. No problems since sky fibre. More than enough download and upload speed

 

I am having this same issue with Xbox live disconnecting me, and I've noticed others on the forum as well complaining about the same issue. I don't have this problem with my 360, ps4, or any other devices connected to my network. I've tried trouble shooting
several times, but eventually I get disconnected again. So far my service comes back after I unplugged my Xbox. When it decides to disconnect it is random. Some days no issue, but when it does disconnect me service becomes very laggy then I get removed from
the game and disconnected from Xbox live. I've posted in another post about this issue but Ive been roaming around to see if others are experiencing the same problems and if they've found a solution. So far no one has a answer for this problem, only temporary
