Constant Disconnect from Games and Parties

Hi,

I've been running to an issue recently where I can't stay connected to both game lobbies and parties. I've changed several settings on my ATT UVerse Modem/Router, including opening the correct ports, allowing Xbox One Pinholes, and as far as changing the
Firewall settings to DMZ mode. All of these have led to no positive results with DMZ mode making it the problem seem the most prevalent.

At first my NAT type was Moderate and I didn't have many issues but then the party disconnect and lobby drops started occurring so I managed to get my NAT type to Open only after activating DMZ mode on my modem (opening ports didn't change NAT type) but
even with the Open NAT type the problems occurred. I reset the firewall settings on the router and my NAT type is now Strict, not sure why it didn't go back to Moderate. Other solutions I've tried: Power cycling the router/Xbox One, some static IP stuff with
the Xbox, and disabling other devices using wifi connections.

The router model is the 5267AC FXN supplied by ATT. I'm trying to avoid having to call them and get charged to do something that can be managed myself.

It's time to talk w/ your ISP: They need to open port 88 for UDP and port 3074 for UDP and TCP.

And, Celtic, he has a gateway, a combo modem-router

Have you tried a wired connection to your Xbox One console? Additionally, do you happen to have the brand name on the gateway ATT provided? I'm unfortunately not seeing much on that specific model number, however I did come across

this ATT support forum post that may have some useful information (a community member there posted a solution for a device very similar to that model number you provided).

If the issue persists after trying that, along with a wired connection, that router may not be able to support Xbox Live multiplayer gaming with an open NAT.

I actually made a mistake with the model #; it's 5268AC FXN. I'm unable to get a direct correction from the router to my Xbox currently. I also used that guide previously and it allows me to get my Xbox One through the firewall. However, this didn't change
my NAT to Open, but it did open the listed ports correctly so I'm not sure why it didn't open it after allowing it through. It wasn't until I put my Firewall specifically into DMZ mode for my Xbox that the NAT changed to open.

Worst case I'll just purchase a very long cable to connect the two devices.
