Constant Crashing

Discus and support Constant Crashing in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I've had my Xbox since December, so only 4 months now.     Constant Crashing


    I've had my Xbox since December, so only 4 months now. I just recently updated it and for the first day it worked fine, but now it constantly crashes and restarts before it can even make it to the dashboard. I tried doing a factory reset on one of the lucky
    chances of making it to the dash, and my Xbox crashed during it. Hasn't made it past the green Xbox one screen since then. Hard resets don't work, it's not overheating, and the power source is fine. I don't know what else to try

    Please help!

    Constant crashing

    Anybody else's game crashing to the dashboard? I just got it and it crashes mid character creation everytime.

    it's the update bud they broke mine with it too and the chat help will help break it more
