Constant Connecting and Reconnecting to Xbox Live on my Xbox One

When I turn on my xbox and go to the network settings it shows that All services are available and my NAT as open but if I try to get detailed report or anything it will say I need to be connected to xbox live. Also if I hit check connection it
would say everything is fine and connected even though my console is constantly logging on and off the xbox live service. been having this problem for the past few days since Tuesday. PLEASE fix this. I know it cant be my modem because my PS4 has no issues,
no other devices have issues and I've had the xbox one for over a year now and never had this problem till the update.

Date Problem after unplugging !

Hey there JehadTKD.

If you're fully unplugging your Xbox One and not connecting to Xbox Live after reconnecting it, the time and date may show incorrectly. So long as it's updating when your connect to Xbox Live you should be fine

 

X-Box Live Disconnecting Randomly

Having the same problem with my xbox one, had it 3 days and worked fine for 2, this past day has just been constant disconnects after around 10 minutes of play time, but immediately reconnecting to xbox live.

Tried all kinds of things to get this back but seem to be getting nowhere.

 

Your the second or third person just today with that exact same router , Arris TG1672G... xbox one is having major connection problems for people using ISP issued gateways and gateways in general...people with gaming or higher end routers seem to avoid the
issues

 

im having this exact same issue. i dont know the model of my router but its connecting then reconnecting over and over again and its getting very annoying it worked just yesterday for a while and i was hoping it was fixed but today i go to check and its
back to doing the connect and reconnect thing what are we supposed to do about this to fix it?

 

There are a number of people using Brighthouse that have reported these same problems on the forums.

RedRoonda you should be able to get the Modem and Router information off the device(s). It should be on the bottom of the equipment.

Another poster on here just today said the Brighthouse tech came out and gave him a new modem that works and the tech himself had a xbox one with the same problem , so I would call them and see if they will hook you up with one , or give theirs back (are
you renting it?) and get your own...

 

Same problem in Bradenton, FL. BRIGHT HOUSE- ARRIS TG 1672. If I unplug modem cord and BATTERY, it resets and is fine until next day. Will probably call Bright house.

 

Same problems, same router.

 

Called Brighthouse(for like, the 5th time might I add) and they FINALLY told me Arris is dealing out "updates" to the TG1672 that could be causing the issues. Like...you couldn't say this days ago when I was calling? I almost put in an order to send my out-of-warranty
XBox to Microsoft!
