Constant Communication Bans

Ive honestly never hated Microsoft so much until i got an xbox one, everything glitches, theres hackers and modders everwhere and above all else they put no thought into the bans given. (specifically calling out the insane amount of comm. bans given for
no reason) The thing that confuses me most is that when i report people for doing toxic things like team killing, match throwing, (cancer) etc etc the crickets play, but when some 8 y/o playing an M rated game spots a curse word in your pm and tHINKS about
reporting you microsoft hits you with that insta ban. I genuinely dont understand anything about the reporting system or the support, i wanted to contact staff and it sends me here? i feel a bit ripped off as ive put over $1000 into games on your consoles
and thats the only reason my xbox one s isnt in the garbage (and recycling woo environment))

Xbox is a joke

Okay so im really getting fed up with the constant communication bans. I have done NOTHING but talk to friends only to avoid this problem. Like its really bs and this needs to stop i was just able to talk 5 mins ago then get hit with a ban. Explain that

Is one a communications ban and one an account ban? Or are they both communications bans?

Yeah the community on Fifa is amongst the worse.

Constant quitters within the first few mins if you get a goal etc. EA should do more and start handing out bans.

Moderated methods of contacts is the universal way to contact any enforcement group including Sony

Get with the times

Unmoderatered methods like you suggested means people can spam calls or chats just so they can harrass the agents till they reverse the decusion

Dispite what you think cursing and harassment is a bad thing and a violation of laws
