    I have an xbox 360 and an xbox 1. When I set up the xbox 1 I didn't have the login info for the 360 so they are separate user names/ accounts. Is there a way to put them under one username or account? If not, how would I go about transferring the backwards
    compatible games from the 360 to the xbox 1?

    Great question.

    It is actually not possible to consolidate two gamertags into one email.

    If you are just looking to change the email associated with a specific GT, you can do so by following the steps in the following article:

    Transfer Your Gamertag to Another Microsoft Account    .
