  1. Console won’t sync to any wireless devices

I currently have a xbox one, when I try and sync wireless devices using button on left hand side the light blinks however it wont connect to any of the 4 devices i have tried, or it connects for a few seconds then stops. I have cleaned the console, checked
network statues, done all the updates and checked the wireless devices are up to date but still doesnt work, the devices work if plugged in using cables and I can connect to internet to play online gaming.

    :)

Xbox Logo Pauseing on boot up!?

You are supposed to link the Wireless Headset, after the console has booted to the Dashboard anyway & then link it to your active controller...

It's confusing the console, when you turn the controller on or sync it, to start the console & there is another device (Wireless Headset) trying to access the same quadrant.. The console is lagging, because, it is processing, what Wireless Device turned
    it on to sync etc..

Controller not syncing to console / works in one room but not another

That's very strange, the controller and console work fine in one room but not another. There has to be something in the room that's causing interference. Do you have any wireless devices in your bedroom, router maybe or other wireless devices ? I guess you
have tried syncing the controller and console again in the bedroom ?

What kind of surface is the console on in the bedroom, anything metal can cause connection issues with controller/console.

Console won't search for potential wireless controllers

I have 2 wired controllers that work great, but I don't have any wireless controllers that are already synced, and no new ones will sync. Otherwise, no the console is perfect.

    Controller disconnecting

Next step....Other wireless devices can cause interference with wireless controllers. Consider turning off other wireless devices and re-syncing the controller to the console. Wireless controllers also need to be within range to work properly. Try having
your son operate the controller closer to the console to see if the connection issue is resolved. If you have done all of the previous troubleshooting and the batteries aren't low when this happens to him, unfortunately you may need to try another controller.

My controller isn't syncing even with new batteries

Hello, My name is David. I am an independent advisor, happy to help you today.

Ensure the controller is in sync mode: On the Xbox controller, press and hold the sync button, located on the top of the controller near the shoulder buttons. The Xbox button on the controller should start flashing, indicating it is in sync mode.

Restart the console: Power off your Xbox console completely and unplug it from the power source. Wait for a few minutes, then plug it back in and power it on. This can help reset the console's connection and may resolve syncing issues.

Try a different set of batteries: Even new batteries can sometimes be faulty. Try using a different set of fresh batteries to ensure it's not a battery issue. Alternatively, if you have a rechargeable battery pack, make sure it's charged and inserted properly into the controller.

Use a USB cable to sync: Connect the Xbox controller to the console using a USB cable. This will establish a direct connection and can help troubleshoot any wireless syncing issues. After connecting the controller, wait for a few seconds to see if it syncs automatically.

Update the controller firmware: Connect the Xbox controller to your console with a USB cable. Then, go to the Xbox settings menu and check for any available controller firmware updates. Updating the controller firmware can address bugs and improve compatibility.

Remove other wireless interference: Ensure there are no other wireless devices or strong sources of interference near your console and controller. Devices like routers, smartphones, or other wireless controllers can interfere with the syncing process. Move any potential sources of interference away from your gaming setup.

Test with a different controller: If possible, try using a different Xbox controller to see if it syncs successfully. This can help determine if the issue is specific to the controller or if there might be an underlying problem with the console itself.

If the problem persist after all this, let me know to find another solution.

    Best regards.
