Console Won't Start and Offline Update Won't Work...

I am at my wit's end here. The console will not start correctly and gives me error code

E102 00000007 8B060008 after 2-3 mins of black screen booting.

The Offline System Update Diagnostic Tool will not even start. It boots up to a black screen and then immediately gives me error code

E101 00000503 800703ED

I have tried every OSUDT update OSUDT1, OSUDT2 and OSUDT3. I have also tried the Factory Reset to Restore Factory Defaults. All of them give me the same result after I power on. Other cases I read about will say that they at least get the XBOX ONE green
screen with the OSUDT, but I never see it.

Help please...

Hi, if the factory reset process you described isn't functional, I would suggest st booking it in for a service. If you are in the preview program using offline update files will not work. If you are out of warranty there will be a cost for repair but
if it really is caused by the insider update, that will be waived.

If your console cannot run the latest OS version and the offline system diagnostic tool does not work you may need repairs on the console if it does not respond to the OSUDT/1/2/3 I'd contact the phone support for further details on the issue at 1 (800)-4MY-XBOX
or 1 (800) 469-9269

I am lucky I guess. Not been bricked but know a few who have hasd issues. Have had to do the odd factory reset. Alpha skip ahead ring and I see issues but not as many as others and I game pretty much all day too.

Thanks, i think ill do that. But i will also opt-out after this. It great to test update etc, so others can have a great game experience. But it really sucks when you have an issue and no one can help you.

As Genesis1953 said above you can put your console into offline mode or you could just remove your internet settings from the console then it won't connect to the internet at all and go into offline mode that way but obviously if you do this you won't be
able to receive any updates from Xbox to have an updated console
