    Console Won't Show on TV and Controller Keeps Flashing


    Hey folks, I'm hoping someone can help me out here. For the last 2 days my console hasn't been recognised by my TV and also my controllers wont connect.

    I have tried everything from multiple hard resets, changing the plug socket to which its plugged into, testing to make sure its not my HDMI cable, plugging the HDMI cable into all the different slots on the TV and nothing has worked thus far.

    Once or twice for a brief 2 second period the initial xbox loading screen appears and then disappears to be replaced by my TV's 'No Signal' prompt.

    I am at a total loss and completely stumped. If anyone could help me out with a solution I would be eternally great full.

    Controller disconnected won't reconnected

    It's odd, not the same problem but my console won't turn on now by using the controller, the light just keeps flashing on the pad, I have to touch the power button on console, wait for it to boot up and then it synchs up, very odd!

    xbox 360 slim not booting up

    I tried both your options and none of them worked my power button is still green and my controller light keeps flashing as if its not connected to a tv and i tried it on three different TVs (HD and AV)

    Console Won't Show on TV and Controller Keeps Flashing

    The console will refuse to boot up if it encounters multiple errors while verifying it's okay to launch the home that is most likely the reason you are getting this problem.

    As you mentioned you tried multiple troubleshooting steps leaving you with the one option.

    To resolve this you will need to download the OSUDT from the Xbox support link below and put the console into recovery mode you can most likely find a decent tutorial on YouTube since it is a pretty lengthy process.

    Try this..

    Turn off TV, AVR if using and console. Remove the power cable from the console and connect the controller to the console with a plug / play uSB charge cable.

    Restore the console power cable and turn on in this order...

    First the TV, then AVR if using and last of all the console.

    Let us know the result.

    Suddenly, My xbox can't connect with HDMI/HDMI-DVI cable.

    Having the same problem here. RT+Y doesn't work, but the HDMI works on my laptop when connected to the tv.

    Seems like the wireless controller doesn't want to connect to the console during boot up, and the boot up lights (Lights spin around the player lights on console) doesn't even happen.

    Just tried reconnecting the wireless controller to the xbox, the xbox and controller flash to show that the connection went through, and the controller just goes back to flashing every 2 seconds.

    hey thanks for the help I tried turning it on manual and the controller sync but after that it won't sync anymore and the lights keep on flashing on the controller. when I try to go sync it with the 360 but the 360 doesn't pick it up and the lights still
    flash on the controller. what does this also mean?
