    Console won't show game discs nor start Netflix


    A few weeks ago, I tried to play Witcher 3, so I insert the disc and nothing happens. I don't get the Witcher 3 disc icon selection like one gets when they put in a disc. Now Overwatch is doing the same. The rest of the games are okay so far.

    I also can't start up Netflix, whenever I select the app, I get the loading for a few seconds and later it quits back to the dashboard, other times I get the "App won't start" message.

    Is there any way to fix these things?

    My xbox won't read discs

    Hi!, so my xbox had been working fine for the last 6 months or so, but now it won't read game discs!, everytime i put one in it makes the normal noice but won't show anything, it won't open the game nor show an error message and when i open the game manually
    it says i dont have the rights for it!

    Anyone knows how to help?

    Netflix snapping problem

    Go to your game, exit and go to netflix, start a show, snap netflix and it should take you back to your game.

    Yep here too. Took ages to sign in and now no games or apps will play, they all say i must b signed in ,even tho i am. Also the store won't load. All started happening when i got an update the other day and forza started askin for the disc when it was in
    the console. Also asked me if i was the owner of the game and such.its the update.icant even watch netflix,youtube or play any games atm:(

    And just to be sure, you do have the disc in the console as you're trying to play?

    The store won't show that you own the game since you bought it on disc and not digitally.

    So when you put a disc in, the disc is read, and then the game tile shows up with the disc icon showing on it? If not, then it is not reading the disc, which will be why the games won't work.
