    Console won't play any games.


    From yesterday onwards I am unable to play any games at all on my X Box 1 console. The game goes to to the main screen with the 'loading icon'. No matter how long I leave the game to load nothing happens, and whatever buttons I press nothing happens too.I
    have tried this with four games: Alien Isolation, FIFA 15, Destiny and Titanfall. I attempted to uninstaIl FIFA 15 as I originally thought it was down to FIFA as this problem started when this problem occured, but it appears to be a console issue.

    There was an issue with this that should be resolved now. Please give your Xbox One another power cycle by holding down the power button for 8-10 seconds until it shuts off completely. If you're still having trouble after, please let us know so that we can

    Hi,

    if your account has the subcriptions then your account is able to play the games (on gamepass etc.) on any of the consoles.

    Your sons account should be able to play any game pass games (or games tied to your account) on your Home console (as long as the console is connected to the internet), your son won't be able to play any of those games on any other console.

    In regards to the terminating of the session, just to be 100% sure. your son is using his own account and not yours. Correct?

    If the new owners believe they are purchasing the games/gold they're going to be upset if they buy a new console and no longer have access to any of that, and they won't be able to play any of the games while offline either.

    As Koods states, if you get banned you won't get any money back. if it is a console ban you will be able to play your games offline.
