Console won’t load

I turned the console on, worked kinda fine initially. However it was glitchy. When I reset the console it decided it wouldn’t load passed the Xbox One green load screen. Any fixes from there? Customer support was horrendous. Didn’t tell me to do anything
I hadn’t already done. Then said I need a physical repair that I’d have to fund. Not happy with Microsoft right now. Any solutions? Anyone?

Far cry 5 won’t load on Xbox X

We are having trouble here ( Providence RI) . Far Cry 5 won’t load on your Xbox X. It loads fine on the xbox one but the X it won’t. We have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling three times. We tried an external hard drive, that won’t work either.
It’s not the game it’s the console. We are all able to play on are first generation Xbox one but not the X. Please help.

 

Games won’t load.

Hi, I need help with a few of my games not being able to load. I have two hardrives and left my Xbox on overnight to download a few games. In the morning I had a update on fortnite and after I downloaded it fortnite wouldn’t load. I had to delete fortnite
and reinstall it. Than later that day fifa 18 would not load saying “This game took to long to start.” Both them games are on different hardrives. I have a very slow download speed and these downloads will take very long to do. All the other games on those
hardrives run perfectly.
