    Console won't install anything


    I tried to install the second season of Killer Instinct, however, the add-on wouldn't install, when I tried to install it again I have a message with the error 0x0. After that, I have been unable to install anything, the item will remain queued instead.
    Does anybody have an idea what I can do?

    Thanks for reaching out! I'm sorry to hear about the slow game download on your Xbox One. In reference to the System, there are a couple of troubleshooting steps we can try:

    • Reset and keep my games & apps. You should use this option as your primary choice when troubleshooting. It will reset the OS and delete all potentially corrupted data without deleting your games or apps.
      Note: Please make sure to know your emails and passwords for your Xbox profiles, this will log you off.

    There is currently a service alert at xboxlive.com/status that some are experiencing issues with purchases. Hopefully this will be resolved soon and fix your issue.

    You may want to try uninstalling the game, Then clearing local saved games (don't worry you won't lose anything) and the Mac address on the console before installing again.

    When the memory units fail in those Xbox 360 consoles, you can't delete or install anything and you'll often get prompted to install a system update which won't install either.
    That's what I'm leaning towards as well as the root cause of the problem - the memory card is failing.

    I have determined the disc is causing something to vibrate in the console. It is the newer 360 S model as well. It seems from other posts that it won't wreck anything, but the noise is very annoying. I will attempt to install to HDD to see if it goes away.
    In the mean time, is there anything common that could be loose in the console that can be fixed?
