    Console Woes


    When my Kinect went out my experience with customer service was easy and wonderful. "Problem with your Kinect? No Problem! We'll send you a new one within 3 days and you have 14 days to send in the faulty one." Done. Wonderful. Now I have problems
    with my console. Different story. For $15.00 they will send me a loaner until they can repair the faulty console. Can someone tell me why the console is treated differently than the Kinect (other than the cost)? I'm disappointed that Xbox doesn't stand
    behind it's product with excellence. My first experience sold me on Xbox, my recent experience has swayed me toward Playstation. The people were very pleasant it's the policy that needs work.

    Minimooo, I think they're talking about the Kinect and Microsoft's lack of any real support once they already have your money which isn't confined to the 360 or One but rather encompasses all Microsoft products including Windows.

    DancinBoogieman - I asked my question because, from personal experience, I have found Microsoft very useful in this department. Furthermore, having dealt with the Xbox One repair programme, I'm querying why the advanced replacement option was not available.
    However, I do not know which console repair programme this individual is dealing with, and therefore, I find that information relevant beyond my own curiosity. Regards ~

    DancinBoogieman - I asked my question because, from personal experience, I have found Microsoft very useful in this department. Furthermore, having dealt with the Xbox One repair programme, I'm querying why the advanced replacement option was not available.
