Console will not turn on

Hey there Ashford! Is your controller wireless? If so, your controller may not be synced properly with the console anymore. Try turning the console on with the physical button, then try syncing your controller by pressing the sync button on the console and
controller. Once they sync up again, turn your console off and try turning it on with the controller. Let me know the result of this, thanks!

Thanks for the workaround , I already did those procedures but with no success. The cable is working fine with other devices.

The console is not working inspite of cable looks good.

For now, I can suggest the following ones in case you have an Xbox One S or newer console:

“Reset the internal power supply:

Unplug the power cord from the console.
Wait 10 seconds.
Plug the cord back into the console, and then press the Xbox button on the front of the console.
If the console turns on, the internal power reset worked.

If the console doesn’t turn on, try the following:

— Check that the wall outlet you’re using is working with other devices.

— Check that the power cable is firmly connected to the wall outlet and to your console.

— Ensure that you're using the power cable which came with your console, and that it's the correct cable for your region.”
