Console will not power on

I've tried everything on the support page twice; I've waited 10 seconds then plugged the power brick back into my Xbox, it didn't work. I've plugged it into two different outlets, that didn't work. I plugged in the power brick without plugging it into the
Xbox first, and a white light came on, but as soon as i plugged it into the Xbox it died again. I bought a replacement power brick that "seems" to be working fine, but my Xbox still isn't working. The Xbox symbol will not even light up. I tried to use the
chat with support option but some error occurred and because I'm 80% deaf I can't use the phone to call. If I could get some help with this I'd appreciate it.

What was your normal TV input? HDMI? RGB?

Maybe it's a problem with your TV input or the cable input, or your Xbox output.

Maybe the cause could be, Wet, Dust, Some kind of damage (like a hit or pull the cable, or something).

In any case, if it's the HDMI try to prove it in other device like a Bluray player or another Xbox, if it's the RGB input then try in another Xbox (also try to use it in another TV, so you can check what is the trouble maker)

If a replacement power brick is not helping, it unfortunately sounds like your Xbox One console may be in need of repairs. You can initiate that process via the >>Online Service Center<<.

thanks for the quick reply. I forgot to mention that i have also tried all the power cycle steps. Its what i was told to do when i contacted xbox support on the phone. Power cycling also helps, however on the next day i have the same issue.

I think you need to service your console if thats the case it reached its end!!

hi,

i have 2 xbox controllers and it happens with both of them. i'm wondering if maybe there is a problem with the actual power supply and need a replacement. just right now i had to unplug the power cord again to turn on the console with the controller.
