    Console Will not load games


    Once I put the disc or try to load a game up, once the game gets to the start menu (Where you press A) the game does not load further than that, it just either stays on a loading screen or doesn't move from that screen. This is NOT the same problem as the
    one where it throws you back to the dashboard. I have tried signing in and out, restarting it/cold restart, unplugging the power cable ect... Nothing seems to work. Also 4oD or Netflix will not load with this problem either. It is now my connection as I can
    chat in party chat and I've tried it without the connection yet the same problem is still there. This was working fine at 2am this morning, its been from about 10pm today. Does anyone have any solutions? Or have experienced similar problems. Thanks.

    I mean microsoft gave me an offline update sorry haha

    Hello,

    I bought the xbox one in april this year, it has worked fine until a couple of days ago when I turned it on and it refused to load games.

    The game picture would come on to the screen but it wouldn't go any further forward from there, it would throw me back to the home screen and display an error message.

    I have tried everything - turning it off by the mains, turning it off by keeping my finger on the xbox icon, system restore, uninstalling the games and installing them again.. tried everything and nothing worked at all!

    the network is fine also xbox gave me an offline update just incase it needed undating that didn't work neither,

    i am just wondering if anyone else has had the same problem and nothing fixed it? all i can think of is that i have a faulty xbox Console Will not load games :(

    yup, if he saves his game on the cloud, and load his profile on your console, and load anysaves from the cloud on to your console, and while you guys play and level up, he can then go back home and load that saved game on his own console.
