    Console will not connect to to controllers


    My Xbox 360 will not connect to my controllers. I started with a Fanatec Forza wheel, then the wireless controller that came with the console, then a wired Microsoft controller. The console does not see any of them. Last weekend support walked me through
    holding the power button for 10 seconds to shut off the console, unplugging the power supply from both the wall and console, letting the light go off (the light is yellow, is it supposed to be green?), then plugging back into the console, then the wall. This
    re-boot did work and I was able to play Forza this weekend but last night the controllers again would connect. I repeated all the steps but this time no avail. The both wireless controllers just blink, similar to low battery, but the wheel is plugged in and
    I changed the batteries in the wireless controller that came with the console. The wired one doesn't do anything.

    Help?

    WRW01 - XBox 360 Wireless Racing Wheel with Force Feedback will not connect to newer console

    I have a WRW01 that will connect to my older console but it will not connect to a newer console. I'm able to connect other old controllers to the newer console, but the WRW01 will not connect. Why the incompatibility?

    Controllers won't connect to Xbox 360 S

    I have an Xbox 360 S and I can't get any of my controllers to connect to it. I have three wireless controllers and one wired controller. I've tried re-syncing my wired controllers to the console and they still would not connect, I tried plugging them in
    with the play & charge kit and they still would not connect. I also tried using my wired controller and it would not connect either.

    Updates:

    Paired both controllers to console at the same time. Both controllers lost and regain sync at the same time.

    Paired Elite controller to iPhone. No disconnects.

    Paired one controller to console and other to phone. Controller connected to console disconnected, controller connected to iPhone stayed connected.

    Hey Nuthin! Can you try these same controllers on a different console, like a family member or a friend's? If they work there but not on your console, then there is most likely an issue with the console. If you need to set up a repair order, start here (support.xbox.com/.../repair-process).
    If they don't work on another console, then there may just be an issue with the controllers. Let us know what you find with this test, thanks!

    Can you hook them up with the charge kit to see if they connect that way.

    Then unplug the charge cable and see if it stays connected.

    Solution: turn on the TV before the Xbox (this did not matter before the December update).

    All controllers running fine; everything running reliably now.
